Jordan Pearson smiling at the cameraJordan is a highly motivated and driven person with a strong passion for utilising data to improve customer experience. She has delivered many initiatives to date that have saved significant amounts of time, money, and resource for various companies whilst also improving the user experience for many customers.

Being a first-generation university student, Jordan is extremely passionate about supporting and encouraging young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to aim high and reach their full potential. Over her career to date, she has volunteered with over a thousand young people with activities including teaching children how to code, teaching university students how to build chatbots, and she recently developed and delivered Lloyds Bank’s first virtual work experience programme to children across the UK.

On top of her community volunteering, Jordan was also selected to join Lloyds Bank’s first Gender Advisory Panel, where she is helping to shape initiatives to improve gender diversity within the bank.

Jordan has also founded Jordansgirlcode.com, a platform aimed at supporting women throughout their career. She is developing blogs and tutorials covering topics relating to tech, data, coding, career progression, and more, and overall aims to build a strong community of women.

Jordan has gained a breadth of experience from large and small technology companies and multiple banks. She looks forward to building on her current skillset to deliver great business success in the coming years, whilst also dedicating more of her time to volunteering activities within the bank and wider community.
