As the war has forced many schools to evacuate and transition to remote learning, maintaining educational continuity for students has become more critical than ever. Labster’s platform for immersive online science labs offers a powerful solution to this challenge, enabling Ukrainian teachers to continue to deliver engaging, hands-on learning experiences, even amidst frequent disruptions.
To support Ukrainian students, Labster donated access to its more than 300 virtual lab simulations with embedded quiz questions, theory pages, animated science explainer videos, lab manuals, and lab report exercises. By collaborating with local educators, Labster ensured that their educational resources are adapted to the Ukrainian curriculum and language, making it widely accessible. Educators now have the content and technology to seamlessly incorporate Labster into their existing science curricula.
Labster’s initiative significantly improves students’ access to visualize and understand complex science concepts, which is especially important when practical labs are not available. Perhaps even more importantly, Labster has been found to improve learners’ self-efficacy and confidence in their skills and abilities as science students.
