Dialogue Boost tackles a very common frustration with a solution built for mass-market reach. Already used by hundreds of thousands of customers, it shows how accessibility can be embedded into mainstream entertainment products at scale.

Dialogue Boost is solving a problem that affects huge numbers of viewers. More than 1.5 billion people worldwide live with hearing loss, and many struggle to follow speech clearly on TV because dialogue is drowned out by music and sound effects. That affects older people and hard of hearing viewers most, but also families watching late at night, people following unfamiliar accents and anyone relying on subtitles just to keep up. Dialogue Boost changes that by using AI to isolate and enhance speech while keeping background sound at a more comfortable level, and it works system-wide across content and streaming services on Fire TV. Since launch in summer 2025, it has already reached hundreds of thousands of customers. Awareness has grown strongly too. A late 2025 accessibility campaign made Dialogue Boost the strongest-performing creative, generating more than 18 million impressions and 117,700 clicks. Customer feedback has been equally clear, with many users describing it as life changing. This creates a practical, scalable way to make entertainment easier to follow without asking people to compromise how they watch.
