Evenbreak’s Disability Inclusion Best Practice Portal
2026, Finalist, Workplace Inclusion Award
Evenbreak’s portal has strong potential because it helps large organisations move from awareness to everyday practice. With rollouts already reaching thousands of employees across multiple countries, it offers a scalable route to more consistent disability inclusion.
Evenbreak’s Disability Inclusion Best Practice Portal is tackling a common problem in workplace inclusion. Many organisations want to improve disability inclusion but struggle to turn policy and intent into everyday practice. Managers often lack confidence, practical guidance and lived experience insight, while traditional training is usually one-off, compliance-led and easy to forget. The portal responds with CPD-accredited micro-learning, practical step-by-step guidance and lived experience content from disabled people, all designed to fit into existing workplace learning systems. The early reach is already strong. It launched with 15 CPD-accredited modules and lived experience contributions from 18 disabled and neurodivergent people. Through global rollout with RS Group, it is available to more than 8,500 employees across 36 countries. It has also launched with Siemens Healthineers in the UK, reaching 3,365 employees. That matters because a single licence can now reach thousands of staff at once, helping organisations embed practical inclusion more consistently and move disability inclusion from specialist knowledge into day-to-day workplace behaviour.
