Robbie addresses a huge and under-served workforce challenge with a discreet, personalised support model. Given the scale of neurodivergence in the population and the employment gap that remains, this has strong potential for broad workplace impact.

Robbie is tackling a major gap in workplace inclusion for neurodivergent people. Around 15% to 20% of the population is neurodivergent, yet most workplaces still reward neurotypical ways of communicating, organising and coping with sensory overload. The result is high exclusion, underemployment and burnout, despite the valuable skills many neurodivergent people bring. Robbie responds with an AI-powered workplace buddy that offers personalised, discreet support across the career journey, from recruitment to daily work challenges and progression. It is designed to reduce stigma by giving people support without forcing disclosure. Early results suggest strong potential. Testers reported a 70% increase in confidence about navigating workplace situations, along with lower anxiety and greater independence in task management. That matters because neurodivergent unemployment is still estimated at 30% to 40%, representing a huge waste of talent and human potential. Robbie offers a more practical way to remove invisible barriers and help neurodivergent people succeed on their own terms.
